C25k Week 1 in the Bag!

I completed the first week of Week 1 of the Couch to 5k program today and I feel great.  I know it’s early to tell but the fact that I have stuck with it so far is a good sign.  I might actually complete this thing!  I have to say that despite my hang ups, I actually feel great after a run.  I’m full of energy and pumped up on endorphins.  I hope that feeling does not go away.
